California Foundation for Medical Care www.cfmcnet.org
National Preferred Provider Network www.nppn.com (outside of California)

2. Show your ID Card when you check in
The doctor's office and hospital admissions
department will ask if you have insurance. Just give them your ID card. It has everything they need!

3. Doctors and Hospital Submit Claims
All claims will be submitted by doctors and hospital directly to New World Administrators.
